Dervilla Whelan – Managing Director (BBS, CTA)
Dervilla Whelan is one the founding members of DLS Partners. She was previously a taxation partner in Baker Tilly O’Hare (now part of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon) and is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
Her key skills include advising clients on all aspects of Personal Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax Planning in addition to advising a growing portfolio of SME clients in all aspects of business advice.
Dervilla’s involvement with both DLS Partners and the Financial Services company, DLS Capital Management Ltd., ensures that her clients benefit from a holistic approach to all of their financial affairs.
Stephen Cahill – Tax Manager (BSc (Marketing), ACCA, CTA)
Stephen joined DLS Partners in 2009 and is involved in all areas of the practice. Stephen provides advice in both the setting up and operation of small to medium companies, as well as the preparation of monthly management accounts. He has played a key role in the settlement of Revenue Audits for both sole traders and companies. Stephen has over 7 years’ experience advising clients on numerous areas of tax, including Income Tax, Inheritance and Gift Tax, and Corporation Tax.
Stephen is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Irish Tax Institute (CTA).
